We want you to love your purchase and your satisfaction is our TOP priority. We will gladly accept returns of new, unused, and unwashed merchandise in salable condition with a receipt from for a full refund within 30 days.

Return Process

If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, with a product you purchased from you may initiate a return by submitting a return request.

  1. To initiate your return request please fill out info under Start a Return
  2. Upon submitting your return request you will be provided a return shipping label. If your request was made with 30 days of the original purchase date, your return shipping is complimentary.
  3. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.
  4. Affix your return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
  5. Take the package to your nearest drop off location.
  6. Please allow 5-7 business days upon receipt of your return for refund or credit to be processed. 
  7. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If packages are returned to Flying Cone Apparel LLC, due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Flying Cone Apparel LLC, is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Flying Cone Apparel LLC, is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Flying Cone Apparel LLC. will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
